If you wish, you can take out additional equipment insurance for all rental equipment. This offers comprehensive protection - including against theft and damage. The cost is a 15% surcharge on the rental price, with an excess of 10% per claim.

THE PROCESS AS A PRIVATE OR CORPORATE CUSTOMER
We carry out a credit check after every rental request. If the credit check is negative, a rental is only possible with a deposit. For private customers or requests from private e-mail addresses, rental is only possible with a deposit.
Rental with a deposit
WHAT IS A DEPOSIT?
For insurance reasons, we have to charge a deposit in certain cases to guarantee the rental security. A maximum rental period of 90 days is possible for rentals with a deposit. The amount of the deposit is the new price of the products less the cost of rental.
Example: The new price of an appliance is 1000 euros and the rental price is 200 euros. In this case, the deposit would be 800 euros.
HOW RENTAL WITH DEPOSIT WORKS
After the credit check, we will immediately send you a non-binding offer with a rental and deposit price. If you accept the offer, you must transfer the rental and deposit amount to us in advance. As soon as we have received the payment, you will receive a binding order confirmation and the devices will be configured for you as quickly as possible and sent to you. The deposit will of course be refunded to you as soon as we have received the devices back.
