When doing so, please specify the quantity, the desired rental period, the location, and any necessary accessories. We will then check availability, ensure the equipment is suitable, and assess any setup requirements. You will then receive a customized quote via email.

Yes, your inquiry is free and non-binding. You can take your time to determine whether the equipment, rental period, and terms meet your needs. Our team is here to assist you even if you’re not yet sure exactly which hardware is best suited for your application.

The starting prices listed on the website are intended as a general guide. The actual rental price depends on the rental period, quantity, accessories, delivery, and any additional services you request. This means you don’t pay for a fixed package, but instead receive a quote tailored to your specific needs.

The rental price depends primarily on the equipment, quantity, rental period, accessories, and delivery method. Any requested pre-configuration, insurance, or on-site support may also affect the price. All relevant details are agreed upon in advance so that you have a clear understanding of the cost structure.

As a general rule, payment is due 14 days after the start of the rental period. Exceptions may be specified in the quote or order confirmation. In the case of prepayment, a security deposit, or certain orders, payment must be made before shipment so that the equipment can be prepared and shipped on time.

Yes, shipping costs for delivery and pickup are generally included in the quote. This does not apply if you pick up or return the equipment in person. Personal delivery, setup, on-site support, or specific time slots are billed separately and listed in the quote in advance.

Rental Period, Customers, and Terms and Conditions

You can enjoy equipment rentals for as little as one day. If your event lasts only three days, you don’t have to book a full month with us. This gives you flexibility and ensures you pay only for the time you actually need the hardware.

In many cases, an extension is possible. Please contact us as early as possible so we can check availability and the next rental period. This allows your project to remain flexible without requiring you to immediately arrange for new equipment.

Corporations with sufficient liability reserves and a good credit rating have the advantage with us that they do not need to post a security deposit for the equipment. In this case, you pay only the rental fee for the equipment. In addition, we offer business customers customized comprehensive solutions tailored to their specific needs and, upon request, also handle the setup, installation, and support of the equipment.

Yes, private inquiries are generally accepted. For private customers, rentals are typically only available with a security deposit. This allows us to handle private rental inquiries securely and efficiently.

The amount of the security deposit is generally based on the original purchase price of the equipment, minus the rental costs. Alternatively, you can purchase insurance. In this case, the security deposit is only 10 percent of the original purchase price of the equipment. The rental fee and security deposit must be paid before shipment. The security deposit will be refunded after the equipment has been returned and inspected.

Shipping, Availability, and Returns

We ship available devices within Germany via express or overnight delivery. For larger quantities or preconfigured devices, we will coordinate the schedule with you on a case-by-case basis to ensure the hardware is ready for use on time.

The key factors are the quantity, the desired configuration, the delivery location, and the shipping time. Our team will review your request immediately and provide you with a realistic estimate.

Yes, we can ship internationally. Please provide us with the exact delivery address, the timeframe, and the equipment you need. We will then assess the effort involved, the delivery time, and the appropriate shipping options for your request.

Before the end of the rental period, we’ll provide you with the appropriate return labels and arrange for pickup. This makes it easy for you to plan the return. You pack the equipment securely for transport, and we’ll take care of the rest.

After being returned, the devices are inspected, cleaned, and prepared for their next use. Any existing customer data is also removed during this process. This ensures that the hardware remains reliable and can be reused multiple times, rather than being replaced after a short period of time.

You can request individual devices or larger quantities. Larger quantities are also possible, depending on availability. For events, training sessions, rollouts, or temporary workstations, we’ll work with you to plan the hardware you need.

Our rental equipment is inspected, prepared, and shipped ready for use. Since this is rental equipment, there may be slight signs of wear depending on the model. Technical functionality, reliable performance, and thorough preparation are our top priorities.

Yes, devices can be delivered preconfigured upon request. For example, tablets can be set up with apps, user accounts, or specific settings. Smartphones can be set up for testing, training, or promotional purposes. We can also prepare VR headsets so that users can get started right away. This is especially helpful if your team has little experience with VR or if many devices are being used at the same time.

Yes, accessories and additional services can be added to meet the specific needs of your request. These include, for example, routers, SIM cards, stands, mounts, anti-theft devices, headphones, and other components. Setup, handling, and support can also be provided as needed.

International Customers and Sustainability

Yes, that’s possible. Companies based abroad can take advantage of hardware rentals from get IT easy. These rentals are particularly common for assignments in Germany, such as trade shows, events, training sessions, or projects. We’ll help you select the right equipment, coordinate the delivery location, timeframe, quantity, and desired configurations with you, and ensure that the equipment is reliably delivered to the site. International deliveries are also possible upon individual arrangement.

Hardware rental is particularly useful when equipment is needed only temporarily. The equipment is reused multiple times, professionally inspected, and prepared for future projects. This extends the hardware’s useful life and avoids unnecessary new purchases. In addition, we ship our equipment in secure, reusable boxes that can be used multiple times, making shipping more sustainable.

Insurance, Claims, and Support

Yes, insurance can be added as an optional extra. Among other things, it provides coverage in the event of theft or damage. The cost is a 15 percent surcharge on the rental price. In the event of damage, the deductible is 10 percent of the equipment’s original price.

Please contact our service department directly if a defect occurs during the rental period. We will review the situation and help you find the best possible solution. Especially for time-sensitive projects, a quick response is important so that your project can continue as smoothly as possible.

Please notify us immediately if a device has been damaged. We will then work with you to determine the next steps and check whether your insurance coverage applies. The more detailed the information about the damage is, the faster we can process your claim.

Please report the theft to the police immediately and then notify our team. The police report is required for further processing. If insurance was purchased, we will review the case based on the agreed-upon terms.
