Offer receive

You will receive your request overview by e-mail. If you have not received anything, also check the spam folder. We will contact you afterwards and clarify everything else with you!

Place order

As soon as you confirm the order, we prepare the hardware and accessories for you. We can carry out configurations on the units so that they are ready for use directly on your premises.

Secure delivery

We take care that your equipment reaches you at the right place and day. You can also pay your rent either all at once or monthly.

Use devices

Benefit from the advantages of renting: You save on the purchase costs of the equipment and can still make full use of the first-class technology.

Article collection

Shortly before your rental period ends, you will receive an e-mail from us with details of how to collect the equipment. At the end of the rental period, we simply collect the products again. We check the devices for damage and delete your data.

THE PROCESS AS A PRIVATE OR CORPORATE CUSTOMER

We carry out a credit check after every rental request. If the credit check is negative, renting is only possible with a deposit. For private customers or requests from private e-mail addresses, rental is generally only possible with a deposit.

The rent with a deposit

WHAT IS A DEPOSIT?

For insurance reasons, we have to charge a deposit in certain cases to guarantee the rental security. A maximum rental period of 90 days is possible when renting with a deposit. The amount of the deposit is the new price of the products minus the cost of the rental.

Example: The new price of an appliance is 1000 euros and the rental price is 200 euros. In this case, the deposit would be 800 euros.

HOW THE RENT WITH DEPOSIT WORKS

After the credit check, we will immediately provide you with a non-binding offer with a rental and deposit price. If you accept the offer, you must transfer the rental and deposit amount to us in advance. As soon as we have received your payment, you will receive a binding order confirmation and the devices will be configured for you and shipped to you as quickly as possible. The deposit will of course be returned to you as soon as the appliances have been returned to us.
