General information about get-it-easy:

Send us your non-binding rental inquiry with your desired appliances. You will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail. We will process your request as quickly as possible and send you your individual offer.

At get-IT-easy, companies and private customers can rent hardware reliably and at short notice. You no longer have to make a long-term purchase and manage the devices. We have many years of experience in planning projects and the appropriate hardware for large events. So after attentive stocktaking and competent advice, we are sure to find the right tablets, smartphones, PCs and other devices for your requirements. We look forward to your enquiry!

Request & rental conditions:

Business customers have the advantage that they do not have to pay a deposit for the devices. This means you only pay the rental price of the devices. We also offer complete solutions for special requirements and take care of handling, installation and support. Another positive aspect is that by ordering several devices you protect the environment, as we send them in environmentally friendly reusable boxes.

Private customers also have the option of renting from get-IT-easy. For private inquiries, a deposit for the products is required in addition to the rental price. This deposit will be returned to you after rental.

You can rent the devices for as little as one rental day. Only the days the product stay at your place count. Of course, you can also rent all rental equipment for a month or for several months.

The prices stated for the products are monthly rental costs with a minimum term of 12 months.

After you have submitted a rental inquiry with your requirements and special requests, the prices will be put together for you individually at the best possible price. You will then receive an offer with the calculated price by e-mail.

No, of course not. Both the inquiry and the consultation are free of charge. Our aim is to satisfy you as much as possible.

If you would like to hire the equipment for longer than the rental period specified, you are welcome to contact the service. In general, this should not be a problem.

Device configuration and products:

If you do not know which product is suitable for you, you will also receive advice. Our service staff will call you or contact you by e-mail.

If you wish, you can have all the units delivered pre-configured and start working straight away. In addition, you will always have the right devices for your needs.

Simply let us know how many devices you need and we will certainly find a solution for you. High quantities are no problem at get-IT-easy.

Depending on the device, these are either brand new or have already been rented out. There may therefore be minimal signs of use. Of course, we would not rent out devices with major visual flaws. Either way, we ensure that all end devices are in perfect technical condition.

Delivery & payment methods:

We deliver all available devices in Germany by Overnight Express, so that you can also cover your needs at very short notice. But of course we can also plan long-term projects together. We also offer shipping abroad.

We will send you an invoice with the delivery. You have 14 days from receipt of the delivery to pay the invoice.

At the end of the rental period, we will collect the items from you. Shortly before your rental period ends, you will receive an email from us regarding the pickup of the equipment. At the end of the rental period we simply pick up the equipment from you again. We check the devices for damage and delete your data.

Contact and problems:

You must report theft to the police and send us confirmation from the police. In the event of damage, our customers are always liable, but we are of course accommodating in the event of minor damage.
