You can arrange rental for as little as one day. You determine the rental period based on your needs—whether it’s for a one-day event or a project phase lasting several weeks.
In many cases, a short-term extension is possible, provided the device is available. If you would like to extend the rental, please contact us as early as possible.
Projection screens and other accessories can be added to your rental package. Simply specify in your request which accessories you need so we can include them in your quote.
We ship available devices via express or overnight delivery within Germany. For large quantities or special preparations, we coordinate the process on a case-by-case basis.
Corporations with sufficient assets to cover liabilities and a good credit rating are generally able to participate in rental agreements without a security deposit. For individual customers, a security deposit is usually required.
Please notify us immediately in the event of a defect or damage. You also have the option to purchase insurance that covers theft and damage, among other things.
The units will be delivered to your desired location by 12 noon at the latest on the first day of rent. The delivery is made in sealed reusable transport boxes, so that there is hardly any effort involved in returning the goods. We will arrange collection and agree a time slot with you before, during or at the end of the rental period.
If you rent tablets, Apple TVs or laptops, they are insured against theft by the rental company. In the event of an insured event, the renter shall bear an excess amounting to 50% of the current replacement costs per device. Excluded from the insurance are: TVs, smartphones, VR and AR glasses and accessories.
You can rent the equipment for as little as one day. Only the days on site count. Of course, you can also rent all rental equipment for a month or for several months. On request, we will also be happy to advise you on leasing or a final purchase of the equipment at the end of the rental period.
Are you renting the equipment as part of a registered company, association or similar? Unlike rental for private purposes, we waive the deposit before delivery. This means even less complicated processing for you! As soon as you sign our offer in response to your rental request, the rental equipment will be sent to you on the agreed date.
