Data deletion on rental devices
As soon as rental devices are returned to get-IT-easy, they are included in our data erasure process as standard. The aim is to remove existing usage data from the devices before the hardware is used again in the rental model.
This step is part of our internal device process and does not need to be ordered separately. The specific procedure depends on the device type, storage medium, access options and technical condition.
Technically inaccessible, blocked or damaged devices may require a separate inspection.
