That depends on what your employees do with it. An HP ProBook or Lenovo IdeaPad is perfectly adequate for word processing, email and video conferencing. For field work or frequent travel, compact devices such as the Dell XPS 13 or the Surface Go are suitable. For presentations with a touchscreen and pen input, a Surface Pro or Surface Book is the better choice. From what rental period can I book Office laptops?

From one day. You determine the duration: one day for a product demo, one week for a training course, several months for a project. You are only billed for the days on which the devices are on site. Shipping days do not count. An extension is possible at any time.
