After the return, the units are reset to factory settings. Afterwards, your data and content can no longer be restored.
If you have booked a basic configuration, we can back up and send you your generated content.
As a matter of principle, get-IT-easy rental devices are shipped in the manufacturer’s delivery condition. The devices are not ready for immediate use.

Die Geräte werden am ersten Miettag spätestens bis 12 Uhr an Ihrem Wunschort angeliefert. Die Lieferung erfolgt in verschlossenen Mehrweg-Transportboxen, so dass bei der Rücksendung kaum Aufwand entsteht. Die Abholung veranlassen wir und stimmen dazu mit Ihnen vor, während oder am Ende der Mietzeit ein Zeitfenster ab.
Wenn Sie Tablets, Apple TVs oder Laptops mieten, werden diese vom Vermieter gegen Diebstahl versichert. Der Mieter trägt im Versicherungsfall eine Selbstbeteiligung in Höhe von 50% der aktuellen Wiederbeschaffungskosten pro Gerät. Ausgeschlossen von der Versicherung sind: TVs, Smartphones, VR und AR Brillen und Zubehör.
Sie können die Geräte schon ab einem Miettag mieten. Es zählen nur die Tage bei Ihnen vor Ort. Natürlich können Sie alle Mietgeräte auch einen Monat oder für mehrere Monate mieten. Auf Nachfrage Beraten wir Sie auch gerne hinsichtlich eines Leasings oder einem abschließenden Kauf der Geräte zum Mietende.
Sie mieten die Geräte im Rahmen eines eingetragenen Unternehmens, Vereins o.ä.? Anders als bei der Miete für private Zwecke, verzichten wir hier auf die Kaution vor der Lieferung. Das bedeutet für Sie eine noch unkomplizierter Abwicklung! Sobald sie unser Angebot auf Ihre Mietanfrage unterschreiben, werden die Mietgeräte zum abgemachten Datum an sie versandt.
