Optimal wearing comfort and stability

In the new Pico 4, the weight is evenly balanced in the front part of the VR goggles as well as in the rear area. In addition, the weight in the front section was reduced by 26.2%. The center of gravity of the glasses is closer to the head. As a result, the Pico 4 sits better and doesn’t bother you while you’re exploring virtual reality. The padded support at the back of the head and the fixed headband with adjustment wheel make wearing even more comfortable and prevent any slipping.

When you rent the Pico 4, you have the option of adjusting the pupillary distance of the lenses between 62 mm and 72 mm. In addition to the improved wearing comfort, the Pico 4 has a lower latency, resulting in less delay and a smoother experience in the virtual world.

Ultra-wide field of view and better battery capacity

The proprietary pancake lens offers a 105° and thus an ultra-wide field of view. When you rent the Pico 4, you get VR glasses that are equipped with 8 GB of RAM, a resolution of more than 2K per eye, a PPI performance of up to 1200 and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. This allows you to experience detailed and realistic full-size images. The device offers you a saturation rate of 85 percent, which results in more vivid colors.

Not only the high-quality images make your experience more realistic, but also the 360° surround stereo speakers, which enable 3D surround sound. This makes the immersive feeling of virtual reality even more intense. In addition, the Pico 4 is equipped with a dual microphone. The 5300 mAh battery offers a runtime of approximately three hours during active use. The standalone VR glasses do not need to be connected to a PC.

Improved tracking

In addition to the high-quality VR goggles from Pico, the motion controllers also stand out with their sophisticated design and associated ease of use. The controllers are tracked with a 6 DoF (degrees of freedom) system – and this is done without any problems even in low light conditions. If you rent the Pico 4, you can even improve your physical fitness. For this purpose, a wide range of fitness games is provided to you. With additional trackers that you can attach to your legs, you even get a more accurate evaluation of your physical activity. The apps can be found in Pico OS 5.0.

Pre-configuration & identical devices

On request we install apps and software, add Wi-Fi access and apply settings before shipping. For larger quantities all devices get the same configuration. You state your requirements in the inquiry form; the scope is listed in the quote.

Delivery & return

We deliver available devices throughout Germany by express or overnight shipping in secured reusable boxes. Before the rental period ends you receive return labels and we arrange the pickup. Shipping costs for delivery and pickup are usually included in the quote.

Protection package & service

What is the Pico 4 suitable for?
With a resolution of 4K, the Pico 4 is suitable as a standalone VR headset (no PC or cables) for training and simulations, VR meetings, 360° experiences, product presentations and trade fairs.
Is the Pico 4 suitable for training, events and larger quantities?
Yes. For training, trade fairs, events and rollouts we provide the Pico 4 in larger quantities too — on request uniformly preconfigured (apps, content, settings) so all devices are ready to go.
How long can I rent the device?
From one day. If you only need it for a few days, there is no need to book a whole month — you pay only for the period you actually need the hardware.
Is the VR headset delivered ready to use?
Yes. The headset is delivered ready to use with the matching accessories; on request we install apps, content and settings in advance so you can start straight away.
Is there insurance for rental devices?
Yes, optional. It covers theft and damage, among other things. The cost is 15 percent on top of the rental price, and the excess in the event of damage is 10 percent of the device’s replacement price.
How do return and collection work?
Before the end of the rental period you receive the matching return labels; we organise the collection. You pack the devices securely for transport and we take care of the rest.
