Question 1

Is it possible to rent VR glasses?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at get-IT-easy you can request VR glasses flexibly for short or longer periods of use. Rental is particularly suitable for events, trade fairs, training courses, presentations or test phases. Depending on requirements, individual devices or larger quantities can be provided.

Question 2

Which VR glasses are suitable for my project?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the area of application. Wireless standalone headsets are often particularly practical for events, training courses or presentations, as they work without an additional PC. For demanding simulations or high-quality 3D applications, a PC-connected VR system may make more sense.

Question 3

Can I rent VR glasses if I don't know exactly which model fits?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a custom inquiry is the best way to go. You don’t need to know in advance whether Meta Quest, Pico, HTC Vive, Pimax, or Microsoft HoloLens is the best fit. Just let us know what the devices will be used for, how many people will be participating, and what content is planned. Based on that information, we can provide a suitable recommendation.

Question 4

Can the devices be set up in advance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on request, the VR glasses can be prepared and preconfigured with the desired content before shipping. This means that the devices are ready for immediate use on arrival and can be used without lengthy preparation.

Question 5

Are there accessories and support for use?

Accepted Answer

Yes, depending on the project, suitable additions may be useful, for example hygiene accessories or additional equipment for more comfortable use. A complete setup is also possible on request, for example with a TV and tablet, so that content can be controlled and the view of the glasses can be made visible to others. Additional support for your event on site can also be requested.

Question 6

Why rent VR glasses from a specialty rental shop instead of an electronics store?

Accepted Answer

Professional VR projects are not just about a single device. What matters are the right headsets, accessories, quantities, rental duration, pre-configuration, shipping, and consulting. A specialized VR rental service is particularly useful when the technology needs to function reliably at an event, a training session, or a business project.
